AURA CLEANSING BATH GUIDE

Aura Cleansing Bath Kit Instructions:

~Before you begin your spiritual bath, unwrap the Palo Santo Stick from the bundle and use it to smudge your bathroom to cleanse your space and get rid of negative energies before your spiritual bath.

 

~Light the Palo Santo Stick and smudge each corner of your room. You may leave the Palo Santo stick burning as an incense and play some soothing music, anything that will relax your mind into a calm, meditative state. 

 

~ Fill the bathtub with water at a temperature that feels most comfortable.

As the tub is filling up, gather all the tools from the Aura Cleansing Bath Kit.

 

~Light your White Purification Candle 

(Note: For best results, keep it lit until it burns out on its own. If you need to extinguish it, you may snuff it out but do not blow it out)

 

~Fill the cotton sachet with the Aura Cleansing Herbal Bath Soak and the Aura Cleansing Bath Salts and place the sachet in the bathtub.

 

~ Step into the bath and soak for about 20-30 minutes. As you relax in the water, clear your mind of all unwelcome thoughts and focus on your intention to let go of all stress and negativity. Visualize the salt healing all of the negative energy and restoring your aura to it’s bright and sparkling state.

 

~Use the Aura Cleansing Scrub and mix it with and gently scrub your body with it. Visualize that you’re scrubbing away all the excess energy and emotion that your aura has collected over time.

 

~After your bath ritual, make a cup of the Aura Cleansing Herbal Tea that is in the glass bottle. Fill the tea bag with herbal tea and let it brew in hot water for atleast 10 minutes before drinking. Enjoy the feeling of being simplified and whole!
